- We use UPS for shipping all items, therefore we cannot ship to PO boxes. If we are given a PO box, we will have to put your order on hold until we can obtain a physical street address for shipment.
- We make every effort to ship your order during the requested shipping week, but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. UPS time in transit estimations (and expedited services such as 2nd day air and 3 day select) are based on the time it takes for delivery once the product leaves our facility.
- Accuracy is important with shipping addresses, so please ensure that we have the complete and current address for your shipments. We cannot be held responsible for products returned due to inaccurate or incorrect addresses.
- Privacy & Security
- We value your business and respect your privacy, and we will not share or sell your information to anyone else. We take every precaution to safeguard your information, and keep it in the strictest confidence.
- Returns & Replacements
- Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot accept general returns or issue replacements. If there is an error in your shipment, your shipment never arrives, your product is damaged in shipment, or you have concerns about the quality of your product, please contact us promptly so that we may remedy the situation. In these cases a replacement or refund may be warranted at the discretion of the management.
- Ordering
- Our online store is the easiest way to place an order with us, but we do understand that there are cases where our online store is not suitable for specific needs or someone would prefer to call and order in person. You may place an order over the phone at 503-649-4568, from 9AM-5PM Pacific time. For larger or more complex orders, feel free to call us so that we can work with you and make sure that we find the best solutions for your needs. We welcome business or corporate orders, and would love to talk to you about how we can fulfill your holiday gift needs for clients and employees.
- Payment and Pricing
- We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for payment. Your card will be charged when we process your order. Our pricing includes the product ordered, a bow, a personalized card, and a shipping box. Shipping costs are determined per order, and will be calculated once all addresses and products have been entered.
